Hop on the Bandwagon and Stay Informed!
How can you know what’s happening with the CHS Band?  If you’re new to the band, you’ll be amazed at how much happens at a rapid pace -- especially during marching and contest season.  In addition to talking to your student, here are four excellent ways to be in the know:
We Need You!

As many and diverse as our students, we too, the parents!  There is a list of the CHSBB board members and the committees they run.  If you have a gift/talent to share, please contact them. There is also a volunteer page with an easy and convenient way to sign up and support one of the greatest band programs in the nation!

emailLate-breaking information is sent via email so its very important you are on the booster email list.. We use the Charms suite for the email list, if you are signed up in that system (that is the parent/student login at the top of each page) then you are the email list.

 
Attend the Booster Meetings
These are generally held each 2nd Tuesday of the month from 7 - 8 p.m., in the Band Hall.  Check the calendar for the schedule.
Check the Website - Often
Bookmark www.chsbandboosters.com and check it regularly for news of the band’s achievements, latest information on marching contests, rehearsals, rips, etc. You’ll find fabulous photos, driving directions to events, etc.  You can even sync the CHS Band Booster calendar to your PDA. Best tip:  Make this site your homepage!
